Returns& Refunds Policy
Returns:
Dear customers, we have a 15 days return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags,
and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@omnilink.store.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The product has to be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. Missing out on items, please understand.
Wrong order or excess charges must be reported within 12 to 24 hours of delivery, or a return will also not be accepeted.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Only products bought exclusively from the omnilink.store official site can be returned back to us.
We will certainly not accept returns of products bought from any other third-party websites or physical stores.
The returns form is available in my account section must be completed in order to process your return request.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the itemis defective,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue andmake it right.
Once you confirmed the receipt of products well, it will be assumed that there is no damage and issues when the products was delivered, and will be default understood as no issues after you have received the products after 7 days except you send us a non-fraudulent evidence during this period.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),
custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company toprocess and post the refund too.
Additional:
- All returned products have to be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
- Each item can only be exchanged once.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- All gifts or promotional products received with your purchase must be returned with your order.
- All items bought on sale are final - we cannot offer any returns or exchanges on sale products.
- If the return complies with our return and exchange policy, you will be eligible to exchange the product for a product of the same or lesser value. We will not refund the difference. In the case that the items exceed the original value, you will be required to pay the difference.
- Please note: Although we have tried to precisely show the actual colour of the products, there may be a minor variation based on the operating system you are using.
